* Package & posting costs are not included.

Note: You do not need to send remittance with your reel. New customers will be sent an invoice prior to dispatch. Existing customers have their reel returned with an invoice enclosed.

When sending reels for repair, please ensure they are sent in a rigid box rather than padded envelopes. We recommend you use a postage method with insurance cover (like Royal Mail Special Delivery), as it is a guaranteed service which includes insurance for the goods. Please remember to include a contact telephone/mobile phone number or E-mail address.
