John pampered my old Hardy Altex No.1 Mk5 and restored it to full working order including the anti-reverse mechanism. Excellent fast service at a good price. Now I just have to find a Pike!

I sent 2 reels one of which was in a stripped down state from another 'repairer' John fixed both reels and ahd to make a new unavailable part for one of them and they came back brand new. Excellent Service, communications and best of all value for money. Thanks again...... 5*

I sent three fixed spool reels in desperate need of servicing expecting it to take a couple of weeks. John turned them round in a few days having done an excellent job. Reel value are quick,efficient and extreamly helpful as well as good value. Give then a try, you will not be disappointed.

well what can i say.......??? a fully comprehensive company, 100% communications 100% competitive prices 100% service!!!!! i had 2 mitchell reels 1 of them was beyond economical repair (auto bail arm) and was advised so. and the other, well i have not stop using it since it was returned as promised by john, i can still hear that echo on the canal bank of the metallic ka-chink of the bail arm returning to its natural position, never thought i would hear that again, but john and all his wizardry saved the the day!

i will always always use this company for all my reels servicing and other... many thanks john and all those who work for you. you are the last of a dying breed fella!

Dealing with engineer was refreshing - all about what could be done not what couldn't. Price was very fair and realistic postage. I must say I will be checking other reels to see which need a well priced service/repair.
